My dog chewed my car key FOB and it stopped working. I still had a spare one but wanted to have another one for emergency situations… just like this… hahahah, Called Charlotte Lock & Key, and set up an appointment for the next day. Excellent customer service, friendly, kind, and very responsive. Tom showed up early within the time frame appointment, and about 15mins later he had my key duplicated, and it was working perfectly. More important his rate was way better than my dealership who recommended to use a locksmith than their own service!!! Thank you tom so very much and thank you Charlotte Lock & Key!!
