I contacted Charlotte Lock & Key because I had a lock which stopped working properly. Travis came the next day and thoroughly checked the lock and suggested the possible solutions. Instead of advising me to buy the new lock he found the problem and repaired the old one. I really appreciated his honesty because the replacement of this lock could have cost me a lot of money, thank you Travis once again.
