I had an emergency situation at my elderly mother’s home. Her key was stuck inside the lock, and she couldn’t lock the door! I called Charlotte Lock & Key and Mike arrived at my mother’s home after 15 minutes! was very efficient, prompt and patient. He explained me everything that needed to be done over the phone. He  fixed the problem and made sure my mom can operate the lock. He gave us a senior discount and charge my card over the phone. He was very nice and polite to my mother and that was worth everything! highly recommend! I will be using his service in the future if needed!
