I called their office this morning because I needed a new key and fob for my F-250, they reacted promptly and Mike the technician came out promptly, before the work was started he checked all the relevant documents in order to verify if I am the owner of the vehicle, he found the correct VIN code, and created the key, he also programmed the fob and it all took him about 45 minutes. Mike was nice, professional and really easy to work with, I would definitely recommend him and Charlotte Lock & Key.
