It was a really awful night after I got locked out of my house, but things got much better after I called Charlotte Lock & Key, they replied immediately. and their technician arrived in less than the promised 30 minutes time frame. He worked hard in order to get me inside as quickly as possible, a very friendly guy, also very patient and efficient, the final price was at the low end of the range I had been quoted and I really appreciated the fact that he came out so late at night, thanks a lot guys!
