I called Charlotte Lock & Key on last Wednesday and set up an appointment to change all locks on my new house for the next day at 4pm. The next day Morris pulled up in my driveway exactly at 4pm! Right on time! He did an amazing job, changed all of the locks, and gave me 3 extra keys. He didn’t try to up sell me in any way and was super friendly and very kind. I would definitely use his services again.
I highly recommend Charlotte Lock & Key! Good who people are very dedicated to help. Their service quality is definitely 5stars. I locked my car key inside the car while picking up my son from school and Morris was able to come to my location in less than 15mins and open the car for me.
