Tom was just great! Awesome guy, friendly and extremely helpful!! He came out at 9:30 at night and unlocked my truck. I would recommend him to anyone who’s getting locked out.

What a great customer service! I needed an Asap rekey service for our property and Mike managed to arrive in less than 20 minutes. He was very helpful and very friendly. He was in and out in less than half an hour. Great rate, even though I called on Sunday at 8 pm! I would absolutely call them again and I highly recommend their services!

My dog chewed my car key FOB and it stopped working.
I still had a spare one but wanted to have another one for emergency situations… just like this… hahahah
Called Charlotte Lock & Key, and set up an appointment for the next day.
Excellent customer service, friendly, kind, and very responsive.
Tom showed up early within the time frame appointment, and about 15mins later he had my key duplicated, and it was working perfectly.
More important his rate was way better than my dealership who recommended to use a locksmith than their own service!!!

I highly recommend Charlotte Lock & Key! Good who people are very dedicated to help. Their service quality is definitely 5stars. I locked my car key inside the car while picking up my son from school and Morris was able to come to my location in less than 15mins and open the car for me.
