I got back home after an overseas vacation to discover I lost my keys. I was concerned letting a stranger open my house, but as I met Mike all my fears were gone! Mike was very friendly, courteous and honest – a true gentleman! He opened the door to my house and he also made me a new copy of my spare key that I had inside the house.  Charlotte Lock & Key I’m very satisfied with the service and the good work!

I had an emergency situation at my elderly mother’s home. Her key was stuck inside the lock, and she couldn’t lock the door! I called Charlotte Lock & Key and Mike arrived at my mother’s home after 15 minutes! was very efficient, prompt and patient. He explained me everything that needed to be done over the phone. He  fixed the problem and made sure my mom can operate the lock. He gave us a senior discount and charge my card over the phone. He was very nice and polite to my mother and that was worth everything! highly recommend! I will be using his service in the future if needed!

Mike has a lot of knowledge about car transponders and remotes. It took him 5 minutes to make me a duplicate key for my 2009 Chevy Silverado. I would recommend these guys to all! Fast & professional service, affordable and fair pricing!
